    HOW DO YOU PUT IT ON?  (You can apply it on FACE &/or BODY)

    • Always mix the clay before using.
    • Put half a teaspoon of the clay in a cup or bowl and slowly add enough HOT/BOILED water to make a slightly runny (but thick) clay.
    • MIX THE MUD WELL AND LET THE WATER COOL TO LUKEWARM
    • Then apply a slightly thick layer of mud all over face & throat. Avoid the area around the eyes.
    • Allow mud to asolutely completely dry (approx 20-25min).
    • Then remove by rinsing with warm water (going for cold). When the clay has been removed, finish with a cold water splash all over the same area.
    • Leave face damp & apply facial serum and/or moisturizer.

    HOW OFTEN DO I USE IT? It Depends on the condition of your skin:

    • For skin with severe break-out or very problematic - begin using once every day.  As skin condition begins to improve - use every other day, then once a week, then every other week, then once a month.  For Face - apply to entire face, neck, behind ears.  For body - apply only on the area effected.  
    • For problematic skin/acne break-outs on face/body - follow the same as instructions as above.
    • For skin with breakouts from time-to-time or - apply every week or every other week.
    • For combination/normal skin - apply every 2 weeks or once a month.
